‘Tis almost the season, and this year you can find your Christmas Day lunch at Quarters.
Striking the perfect Christmas harmony between your Quarters favourites and classic festive dishes, Executive Chef Michael Smith and the Quarters team have your Yarra Valley Christmas lunch sorted.
Start the day with warm, wood fired bread, before tucking in to Christmas ham terrine and kingfish ceviche to get your tastebuds buzzing. Since Christmas is all about feasting, you’ll enjoy spiced fried chicken wings, grilled corn cobs and barbecue lamb ribs to share, before settling in for a turkey rotolo and beef rump to share, complete with crispy duck fat potatoes, of course.
Finishing with a classic Christmas pud, all you’ll have to think about is what to wash it all down with.
