Thursday night dinners return to Quarters from 20 August, bringing another reason to gather at Hubert Estate as the weekend draws closer.

Our new seasonal menu celebrates the best local produce, with warming winter dishes alongside the original Quarters favourites that continue to anchor the menu. Whether you’re a Yarra Valley local or visiting for the day, settle in and experience the warmth and buzz of Quarters after dark.

Join us for a relaxed date night, bring the family together or gather a group of friends around the table. Larger group bookings are also welcome, making Thursday nights perfect for celebrations, catch-ups and everything in between.

Our takeaway offering will also return on Thursday evenings, providing a delicious, fuss-free answer to midweek dinner. However you choose to enjoy Quarters, we look forward to welcoming you back from Thursday 20 August.
