Thursday nights bring another reason to gather at Hubert Estate as the weekend draws closer.

Our seasonal menu celebrates the best local produce, bringing together considered new dishes and the original Quarters favourites that continue to anchor the menu. Whether you’re a Yarra Valley local or visiting for the day, settle in and experience the warmth and buzz of Quarters after dark.

Plan a relaxed date night, bring the family together or gather a group of friends around the table. Larger bookings are also welcome, making Thursday nights perfect for celebrations, catch-ups and everything in between.

For dinner at home, our Thursday night takeaway offering provides a delicious, fuss-free answer to the midweek meal. However you choose to enjoy Quarters, we look forward to welcoming you every Thursday evening.
