CHRISTMAS EVE AT QUARTERS

It’s a very merry Christmas Eve at Quarters this year with a festive feast set to start your celebrations in true Yarra Valley style.

On Tuesday 24th December, foodies, families and everyone in between are invited to Quarters for a decadent four course Christmas menu, available for one day only.

With nostalgic festive flavours, prepared with a quintessentially Quarters flair, the menu features dishes like ham hock croquettes and turkey, bacon, cranberry terrine to start, before moving onto a 12hr slow cooked beef brisket and juicy roast chicken for the main event.

Complete with rich and flavourful sides and a classic Christmas pudding to finish, you are invited to join us for lunch or dinner with the kitchen firing all day long.

Mt Zero olives

Herb bread, hummus

Entree:

Ceviche

Ham hock croquettes 

Turkey, bacon & cranberry terrine

Main course:

12hr beef brisket, blackened spice rub

Roast chicken, dutch carrots, caramelised yogurt

Served with:

Charred green beans, citrus butter

Duck fat potatoes, gravy

Iceberg salad

Dessert:

Christmas pudding

$139 per person, including a drink of your choice on arrival

KIDS MENU (available for children 12 and under)

To start:

Christmas ham quiche, cheese, crackers, vegetable sticks

Choice of main course:

Ham pizza, option to add pineapple

Bolognese pasta, parmesan

Crumbed fish, steamed vegetables and chips

Dessert:

Gingerbread man and ice cream, chocolate topping
