Hubert Estate and the St. Hubert Cellar Door is the convergence of wine journeys that began over 100 years ago, a group of individuals and vineyards that fortuitously came together over time to create the winery that exists today.

Established in 1862 as one of the first wineries in victoria’s Yarra Valley, Hubert Estate helped position the region as a premium wine producing area and was a champion of the valley’s wine renaissance in the 1960s.
