We’ve been here since 1862, before the Yarra made its name as a wine region. When all Charles Hubert de Castella saw after his journey from Switzerland was a quiet Eden, simmering with possibility and promise.
Winemaking will always be close to our hearts, but we’ve broadened our table. Pull up a chair for lunch at Quarters, our remarkable event space or immerse yourself in Indigenous culture at the long-established Hubert Gallery of Art.
